1031 Exchange Corporation is often asked to facilitate exchanges which have unique

 conditions or needs of the exchanger to satisfy.  These conditions may involve removing cash from the property before or after the exchange, exchanging with related parties, financing part of the purchase price, or attempting an exchange when property is held in an entity and not all of the owners desire to exchange.
